When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number if you provide one. To program your stand, we also collect the business name and the Google, Instagram, or Facebook profile link you give us at checkout. If you contact us through the Contact page, we collect your name, email, and message.
Payment information
We never see or store your full card number. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment details.
How we use your information
- To fulfill and ship your order
- To program your stand with the correct business name and review link
- To send order confirmation and, if needed, follow-up emails about your order
- To respond to messages sent through the Contact form
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie to remember your shopping cart between visits. It does not track you across other websites.
Data retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing grow@reviewstand.ca. We'll respond as quickly as we can.
